In collaboration with James Nigro, we created a sweeping entry sequence, motor court, and port-cochere. Each primary room of the 89,000 SF residence opens to ocean views, while every bedroom overlooks the Santa Ynez Mountains. The 2,300 SF basement includes a game room and private theater, and the carefully manicured landscaping leads to an additional guest house and pool.
