His background as a general manager enables him to oversee projects efficiently and thoughtfully. He has the unique ability to see the forest through the trees while simultaneously working alongside each team member to manage intricate design details.

Ryan Mills | Principal Designer

After graduating with a Fine Arts Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Ryan began his professional career with an internship at Pixar Animation Studios, launching him into the world of digital art and animation. After several years of creating virtual environments, Ryan turned his focus and artistry to the field of architecture, a lifelong passion of his. As a principal designer, Ryan brings rendering expertise and passion for high-art to every project.

Michael Holliday | Principal Architect

Michael has managed and overseen the design and construction of almost $200 Million in commercial, institutional, and residential projects. His expertise has been endorsed by numerous local and state design awards from the American Institute of Architects (AIA). In 2012, he became a National AIA Fellow, an honor that only 3% of architects nationwide share. Michael is passionate about creating environmentally responsible designs. He is a USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional.

Mike Stroh | Principal Architect

Mike has extensive experience with large-scale projects. Throughout his career, he has developed a broad base of knowledge related to design, detailing, and technical documentation. Mike brings a unique understanding of the building code and a strong passion for ornamental steel design to his role as a principal architect. After collaborating with DMHA on multiple projects, Mike joined the firm in 2017, where he manages complex projects of all sizes and uses.
