For the past three decades, we have fostered a basis of trust not only with our clients but within the cornerstone of our team. When Michael began his firm 35 years ago, his portfolio was well-established. His experience with high-profile community projects gave him the expertise that is still demonstrated within all of DMHA’s projects today. Collaborating on various projects, Michael, Ed, and Ryan soon realized the notable benefits of working together.

Trust was essential for a partnership that would thrive on individual strengths while cohesively pursuing a passion for their craft. Understanding this, Ed and Ryan officially joined the firm as partners in 2012. Bringing extensive experience with large-scale projects and a unique understanding of the building code, Mike joined the firm in 2017. Mutual respect and admiration are deeply embedded into our values - we are committed to doing what we love, loving what we do, and finding joy in the process.
