The Goodland Hotel
The Goodland Hotel is Goleta’s newest “hip place to hang” on so many levels. Designed with an easy-going California Cool aesthetic, this Kimpton Santa Barbara area boutique hotel features 158 artful, eclectic guestrooms and suites. The interiors feature earthy to eccentric textures and fabrics fused with a dash of surf-culture nostalgia. The exterior spaces reflect a surf lodge meets under-the-radar chic boutique hotel vibe and at once you feel right at home. DMHA served as the Executive Architects in charge of the project and worked with Studio Collective on the interior design, leading the planning and permitting process while working with a variety of engineering & technical consultants to secure all required approvals.
