Patxi’s pizza

DMHA had the privilege of working with Henry Lenny on Patxi’s Pizza, an adaptive reuse project on a lively corner of State Street. What was originally a retail store built in 1926 transformed into a rustic eatery. We pushed the storefront to its original location, creating an outdoor dining area that opens to downtown. Peeling away layers, the design team exposed the building’s original character and charm. After wrapping up this location, DMHA had the honor of working with Patxi’s Pizza on four other branches throughout California.
