Haley Mixed Use Development

Located on the Haley/Milpas corridor of the East Side, the Haley Mixed Use Development provides affordable housing for Santa Barbara’s workforce. We aimed to design a complex that maximizes housing while simultaneously achieving sustainability goals and providing a sense of community. The project reflects Modern Pueblo Architecture, based on internal courtyards and paseo systems. With one half of the apartments facing downtown and the other viewing the stunning Rivieria, the development embraces Santa Barbara’s surroundings to provide beautiful homes for local families.
