With unobstructed Channel Island views, the home features seamless folding-glass wall systems which slide away to create the illusion of an outdoor living room. DMHA stripped the house to its elements, refined details and developed custom water features, an outdoor kitchen, and a full bar. Owning multiple high-end resorts, our client expected exceptional design and sophisticated execution. As a result, the detailing of the house mirrors elements of a resort lobby interior: meticulous, elegant, and inspiring.
